The key to successful dewatering with deep wells is a clean interface between the water-bearing sand and the stone filter of the deep well.  With our own specialty dewatering drill mounted on an excavator, we drive the casing into the sand before drilling.  The casing holds back the sand seam, and allows construction of the well pipe in controlled conditions.  After the well pipe is placed and backfilled with clean filter stone, the casing is pulled, leaving a clean connection between the sand and the deep well.
